Nos hemos asociado con los top kite-racers mundiales para maximizar nuestro programa de investigación y desarrollo. Cada medida de la R1 V2 ha sido diseñada, probada y afinada individualmente, para heredar esas sensaciones y prestaciones únicas de Ozone en todo el rango. Nuestro nuevo Pro-Tune Speed System ofrece ajustes milmétricos para que el kite rinda al máximo con el trimaje correcto. La R1 V2 tene un pedigrí de race-kite que inspira confianza mientras entrega rendimiento superior en competición ya sea agua, tierra o nieve. NOTAS IMPORTANTES: La R1 V2 es solo para riders avanzados que tengan experiencia previa en foil kites. No es difícil de volar, pero hay técnicas necesarias que hay que tener para volar una cometa foil de high aspect ratio. Los nuevos materiales de menor peso son menos resistentes al abuso severo que los materiales utilizados anteriormente. El kite debe ser revisado cuidadosamente. Se necesita un rider con experiencia que sepa cómo mantener el kite en el aire y cómo manejarlo suavemente en el suelo. La cometa se puede relanzar desde el agua, pero se recomienda mantenerla volando y fuera del agua si es posible! Un sistema de drenaje en la punta del ala permite que cualquier agua que pueda haber entrado en la cometa pueda drenar. No utilice la cometa en olas. Siempre utiliza el Brake Handle cuando vueles una cometa tipo foil. Esto es un cabo/handle extendido entre las líneas de dirección de tu barra de control. Esto te facilita el auto landing y revertir el lanzamiento más fácil. La R1 V2 ofrece un simple y efectivo Front Line Flag Out para su liberación. Después de soltar el Flag Out siempre revisa el Speed System, las líneas de brida y las l´neas de vuelo antes de empezar a navegar nuevamente. El Speed System y las líneas de bridas requerirán mantenimiento igual que cualquier equipo de alto rendimiento en los deportes de competición, por ejemplo la sustitución de los neumáticos o los pistones de las motocicletas. El Speed System y las líneas de brida deben ser revisadas despues de 60 horas de vuelo, si las líneas están desgastadas o no siguen las especificaciones de fábrica (+ ó - 15mm) deben ser reemplazadas o la cometa no rendirá tal como fué diseñada. El objetivo no es ofrecer sólo un kite versátil, sino más bien ofrecer la mejor cometa para todas las disciplinas y todos los estilos, la mejor cometa para todos, desde el principiante hasta el rider profesional. Visto desde la perspectiva de innovación y desarrollo, tener éxito en todas las áreas es un verdadero reto. Este proceso es mucho más complejo que el desarrollo de varias cometas altamente especializadas.El reto más difícil para la B 5 fue mejorar la B 4 en todas las áreas, sin perder ninguna de sus cualidades. Las especificaciones de diseño que se establecieron para la B 5 se pueden resumir en tres palabras Rango: Para aumentar aún más el rango, se necesita tanto una cometa que sea capaz de dar potencia en el rango bajo como una cometa que a la vez sea más indulgente cuando las condiciones son fuertes y racheadas. Peso: Con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento en la zona baja del rango la ligereza del kite pasa a ser una prioridad. Maniobrabilidad: Para posicionar la cometa inmediatamente donde uno desee, para gestionar con precisión la rotación durante un kiteloop, para tener una mayor capacidad de respuesta en las cometas de mayor tamaño, para tener estas cualidades, la maniobrabilidad del kite es crucial. Por esta razón también se ha centrado la atención en este aspecto en particular. Soluciones técnicas: Toda la estructura de la cometa, tanto el perfil como los trimajes se han modificado con el fin de lograr estos objetivos. La construcción también ha sido actualizada tanto en la elección y distribución de los materiales como en los procesos de fabricación. Si tenemos en cuenta que un kite debe deformarse y retorcerse para permitir que la cometa gire entenderemos por lo tanto que la maniobrabilidad y la capacidad de respuesta de la cometa dependen directamente de su capacidad de giro, un punto importante que ha mejorado mucho gracias a un borde de ataque más delgado, un nuevo sistema de 3 puntos de anclaje para los bridajes y a una nueva forma de las costillas. La reducción del diámetro del borde de ataque, con un volumen de aire casi un 25% menor, conlleva un avance importante en términos de peso y aerodinámica. El resultado es un mejor rendimiento en el rango bajo, pero también en el extremo superior gracias a que es más sencillo el control de una cometa con un perfil más delgado. Como el borde de ataque es más delgado, también se ha reducido el tiempo de inflado. El perfil actual es un poco más plano. A través de la reducción de la profundidad de la curva de perfil se obtiene más depower y se consigue mantener el control en el extremo superior del rango de viento. En el extremo inferior, un perfil más plano es ligeramente más eficiente cuando el kite ya está empujando y hace que la entrega de potencia sea de una forma más constante. El resultado de las mejoras es un mejor control aerodinámico de la cometa, menor tracción lateral y menor presión en la barra, en consecuencia hay un menor esfuerzo que transmitir a través de piernas y tabla cuando el viento aumenta. Por último, se ha realizado un importante trabajo en la barra y las sensaciones que esta transmite al rider. La barra proporciona al rider información de manera constante y permite saber exactamente lo que está pasando hecho que permite ajustar la posición, la potencia y la velocidad de la cometa en cualquier momento. Todas estas sensaciones se deben transmitir de una manera precisa para que el rider las pueda recibir correctamente sin que se conviertan en una carga física. En la B 5 se ha incrementado la tracción a través del arnés y reducido la presión en los brazos. La barra da una sensación muy directa lo que permite transmitir toda la información de la cometa al rider. Cada año, F-One prueba más de sesenta prototipos con el fin de cumplir con todos los criterios y sus testers pasan más de 120 días en el agua para el desarrollo de cada nueva colección. Con la B 5 se han logrado en gran medida todos los objetivos propuestos. Más ligera, más fácil de manejar y con más capacidad de respuesta, la B 5 es aún más suave y en última instancia, más agradable y más eficaz, independientemente del tipo de navegación que cualquier rider tenga. El nuevo Delta C-Shape es un innovador diseño patentado por F-One como resultado de una extensa investigación en la aerodinámica de la cometa y la capacidad de depower. Las Delta ofrecen una estabilidad sin igual cuando la cometa está totalmente despotenciada además permite colocar la línea de seguridad más cerca del borde de ataque. El diseño en forma de C mantiene los más altos estándares en el rendimiento y la dirección. Force Frame Las cometas con un rango de uso tan amplio deben aguantar una mayor presión en todo el canopy (tela) debido a que por el hecho de tener más rango de uso experimentan una mayor frecuencia de uso. Por lo tanto F-One ha desarrollado una estructura completamente nueva, que ofrece durabilidad con un peso optimizado. El Force Frame es una estructura de Dacron consistente en el borde de ataque, el borde de fuga y las costillas. Este esqueleto está recubierto de Spy en el resto de zonas vulnerables. Fusion Struts Las costillas están totalmente integradas desde el borde de fuga hasta el borde da ataque mezclándose con el Force Frame. SEGURIDAD AUTO RELAUNCH Una vez la cometa está reposando con el borde de ataques sobre el agua, su forma de C asociada con la forma Delta permite a la cometa rodar de forma automática hacia una punta. EVO ofrece un control total aportando un manejo directo y sensible en cualquier condición. El rider realmente dirige la cometa, incluso cuando está totalmente despotenciada.
