Luego subiré otras:) JULIO del 2016, alquilo habitaciòn individual a la calle, (preferentemente a mujeres)... para quien busque un ambiente cálido, donde sentirse como en casa... en familia! Son tres en total y dos baños. Es pequeña, pero super-luminosa, ya que da a la calle. En la ventana hay plantas y flores. Por las mañanas, se llena de luz y sol. Es linda!:) El dpto. está sobre la Av. Corrientes en pleno barrio de Almagro. A dos cuadras de la estación Medrano del Subte B e infinidad de colectivos. A 10 cuadras del Shopping Abasto, a 10 de Palermo, y a 10 minutos del Microcentro, donde se ubican los teatros, cines y toda la vida cultural de Buenos Aires.Es una zona muy segura y concurrida. Hay mucha luz en toda la estancia durante todo el día, ya que el edificio está ubicado en una esquina y todos los ambientes son a la calle. El alquiler es de $ 2.800 MENSUALES (aproximadamente unos 200 dólares), con gastos "normales" de luz, gas, agua y expensas incluidos. CONSULTAR PRECIO POR SEMANA Y/O QUINCENA. La cocina está totalmente equipada...con microondas, vajilla. Hay televisión, cable e internet en el living que termina en un balcòn con muchas plantas. También hay Wi-Fi en todo el departamento. Soy fumadora, tranquila y sé respetar los espacios y la forma de cada uno. Y eso es lo que busco en quien quiera alquilar. No que fume jaja... pero sì todo el resto. It¡s a very safe place and visited. And there is 2 blocks from Italian Hospital too. There are plenty of light around the place all day long, because the building is located in a corner and all the rooms are on the street.
