Hi! Welcome to Córdoba! I'm an English teacher (I also teach Spanish) and I'm very interested in other cultures. I'm willing to provide accomodation to people who are visiting my city. I have a very well located apartment that has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.   I offer 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, wardrobes, WI-FI, BREAKFAST, cooker, microwave oven, fridge, dining room and furniture. Mi intención es ofrecer alojamiento a personas que están visitando mi ciudad. A partir de OCTUBRE tendré un departamento de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Ofrezco 2 habitaciones amobladasy 1 baño, placares, WI-FI, DESAYUNO, cocina, horno a microondas, heladera y comedor. Cobro $1100 por una cama en una habitación a compartir con otra persona. Es linda!:) El dpto. está sobre la Av. Corrientes en pleno barrio de Almagro. A dos cuadras de la estación Medrano del Subte B e infinidad de colectivos. A 10 cuadras del Shopping Abasto, a 10 de Palermo, y a 10 minutos del Microcentro, donde se ubican los teatros, cines y toda la vida cultural de Buenos Aires.Es una zona muy segura y concurrida. Hay mucha luz en toda la estancia durante todo el día, ya que el edificio está ubicado en una esquina y todos los ambientes son a la calle. El alquiler es de $ 2.800 MENSUALES (aproximadamente unos 200 dólares), con gastos "normales" de luz, gas, agua y expensas incluidos. CONSULTAR PRECIO POR SEMANA Y/O QUINCENA. La cocina está totalmente equipada...con microondas, vajilla. Hay televisión, cable e internet en el living que termina en un balcòn con muchas plantas. También hay Wi-Fi en todo el departamento. Soy fumadora, tranquila y sé respetar los espacios y la forma de cada uno. Y eso es lo que busco en quien quiera alquilar. No que fume jaja... pero sì todo el resto. Si eres estudiante, estamos muy cerca de las Universidades de Belgrano, UBA, Torcuato Di Tella, UB, Palermo UBA Drago para hacer el CBC (15 minutos caminando) El subte D (Congreso de Tucumán), que te lleva más o menos 30 minutos para el centro de la ciudad, incluido el camino al subte. Tengo muchos colectivos también muy cerca de mi casa. que va a la Universidad de UBA, 114 que te lleva a la estación del tren Belgrano. En Cabildo Av. 7 cuadras de mi casa tienes todos los colectivos para todo Buenos Aires también tenemos muchos supermercados muy cerca. En la Avd. Cabildo tienes muchos cines, lugares para hacer compras, Mc Donald, Burger King, el famoso Starbuck, etc, Estamos muy cerca de los famosos SoHo y Palermo Hollywood, donde puedes hacer shopping, como disfrutar de los bares y restaurantes. Tengo un jardín donde puedes tomar sol, leer o solamente relajarte. Tienes acceso a toda la casa y en la cocina puedes guardar tu comida en la heladera, freezer y alacena. Servicio de lavandería, donde buscan la ropa en la casa y se lo devuelven a la noche, por un muy bien precio. En casa hablamos a parte de castellano, inglés y sueco. Se permite fumar afuera en el jardín. Si te interesa, quiero que sepas que estas muy bienvenido a mi casa!!!!!!!!! We also have a lot of buses very close by. 67,in the corner, that takes you directly to the University of UBA, 114 that gets you to the train station Belgrano. In the Cabildo Avenue, 7 blocks from my house you have all the buses that go all over Buenos Aires. We also have a lot of supermarkets close by. In the Cabildo Avenue we have movies, shoppings, Mc Donalds, Burger King the famous Starbuck Coffe etc. We are also close to SoHo and Palermo Hollywood, where you can make shopping and have fun at a lot of bars and restaurants. The house has a garden where you can sunbath, read a book or just relax. In the kitchen you have a refrigerator, freezer and a shelf for your food and you have access to the whole house. Includes a service for your laundry that picks it up in the morning and takes it back to my house at night for a low price. If you smoke you can do that in the garden. At home Spanish is spoken, especially good for those who want to practice the language. Apart from that we also speak English and Swedish. If you smoke you can do it outside in the garden.
